  1. (XID kg7wfq) A DNS entry for “shop-n-america.us” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

     

    I got this message when I attempted to create an add-on domain in Ricky Server, america9.  Please clean-up the domain name in Tommy so I can add it into Ricky.   Thank you.

I have been attempting to get a different account on one of the servers besides Tommy.  When I enrolled with Heliohost Tommy was stated as having 100% uptime.  I was able to download my backup into my home computer.  I have not been able to register for a different account since the system states that the other servers are full and Tommy is closed.  I sent an email to support about this and have yet to receive a reply.  I understand that you are all volunteers; however, I am now without a website, and have been for some time.  I have checked the other free services on the internet.  InfinityFree seems to be a decent alternative to you guys.  I have been with you over four years, and would rather not change.  What I am thinking about doing is uploading the backup to InfinityFree, have that account and when Heliohost gets up to par, to re-enroll.  

     

    I relied on you guys.  

  3. Yes, my domain name is retail-world.tk Would it be possible for you to setup this in tommy using id coleman9.

    The reason why I did not request this earlier is that I am assuming that you guys operate on a volunteer basis. You are probably overwhelmed with requests. So, when you have time (hoping sooner than later) please assist me.

  4. I have had the same problem. I had you guys free up coleman9 from stevie, donated some money so that I could have a Tommy account; however, the link after the donation to Tommy did not work. I now do not have an account. coleman9 is not in the system and neither do I have a Tommy account. I have been attempted to get on for several weeks with no success. My website on Stevie has been down for a long time now. What can you do to expedite this?

    I attempted to sign up on Tommy just now. I clicked on the link in the email and I got this website page: https://www.heliohost.org/validate/done/ and it states that this page is not working...the message:

    The www.heliohost.org page isn’t working

    www.heliohost.org is currently unable to handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500

     

     

    Are you having trouble with Tommy, also?

    I have just read---I cannot find a backup for coleman9 and rlcoleman1@gmail.com. You could try again, or open a ticket to see if an admin can manually create a backup for you.

     

    Would you be able to create a backup for me? The info is on Stevie which has failed. The Stevie account was coleman9 and email address associated with that account is rlcoleman1@gmail.com. I am going to have to migrate to Tommy or Johnny, I guess.

    Thank you for your fast response! I would like to migrate webstar-nation.net to the new account. I don't want any deleted....hoping that when stevie is up again you can migrate them to my new account coleman9. When will I be able to open coleman9 in Tommy. I attempted to do this earlier and could not get into Tommy.

  8. Yes, my account is also on Stevie. I checked today (others have complained to me) that the server is down. Could you also please transfer my Stevie account to Tommy. My account is coleman9. I have used your service for several years and have commented to others that your service is just as good, if not better, than paid. May I ask, did you indicate to your customers that Stevie went down?

  9. I have been attempting to enter my Cpanel but cannot. There is a statement that my password is not correct; however, I have never changed my password. Until this past week I have always used the password and was able to enter my Cpanel. I am on Johnny server. My user name is ronald1. I have tried to reset my password and have received a confirmation codes from the server. When I enter the code (I have received about 6 different codes, none worked), nothing happens. I have waited this last time for about 15 minutes.

     

    There is something terribly wrong here. It is so frustrating attempting to enter the C panel and not being able to enter. This past weekend I had planned to update my site, but could not. Isn't there an easier way to update a password? Why did my password change when I did not change the password in the first place? On other sites it is so easy to update a password.

     

    Please help.

  10. I am also having this problem. I have several times attempted to reset password; however, after I key in the code given to me by the server, nothing happens. My user name is ronald1 and am on Johnny server. I would like to get into my account since I know if I do not do this in a timely fashion my account will be deleted.
