There are various XML and JSON API available by cPanel, but they are not allowed currently on HelioHost. For example: I tried to fetch my Bandwidth details in XML with this request: stevie.heliohost.org:2082/xml-api/showbw?search=USERNAME&searchtype=user It says: ACCESS DENIED! So, not possible unless HelioHost enables it!

In my opinion, it should not be a problem related with privileges, as it should give Access error in that case. It could be a case, when the mysql service is down.

When my account was made, even I was getting 500 Internal Server Error lot of times. Then, I tried to delete the .htaccess, but it gets automatically created in my cPanel everytime. So, I removed all the code from .htaccess (Yes, there was some default code in .htaccess) and made it a blank .htaccess with no rules. Since then, I haven't met with 500 Error anymore!

I got my old domain expired as I got busy with my studies. Now, when I am back into coding after a huge gap of time, I was looking for a good free host to host my website. I use to host my old website with StoneRocket. I must say that my experience there was just amazing, as I got the chance to interact with many good people there. Also, the performance of the web host was superb. But, unluckily it is no more there. Now, when I tried 000webhost for my new domain, it was really giving problems to me so I thought to move here(after reading reviews on Internet).
