Hi I am trying use the web updater that is with mediawiki that updates the tables in MySQL but when I do it wont update them or add any. I have to do it manualy. it seems to be because of the crash in February but I changed the MySQL tables from innodb to the one you suggested but still not working. please help. I am running mediawiki 1.25 wmf 5

Hi how can i use innodb on the database because it created the tables in myisam but wont create them in innodb. i know about the crash in feburary but how can i create fresh tables that use innodb. i am using mediawiki.

Hi Why not create a separate host for MySQL urging all users on stevie to go to that host temporarly and then try fixing the issue on stevie MySQL.

Hi it seems MySQL on stevie keeps going down everyday please fix it. and also inodb doesent work at all trying to create tables using mediawiki built in installer and says error so I have to use the table.sql manualy and it creates it in the default MySQL table. please fix it.

Hi I done that but still doesent do it. I think johnny is having a problem because I try to use stevie and the same problem happens so it must be something the server not the mysql

Hi even though the version of php or MySQL you use doesent affect us. but could you upgrade your sites to php 5.3 and MySQL to 5.1 or 5.5 please because it may increase speed of site and your wiki could then be updated.
