You are using Cloudflare and some parts of your site were cached while the account was suspended and are still in you cloudflare cache. Just switch to development-mode in your cloudflare account to flush this cache.

For me it is clearer to have the domains in the home directory so public_html is not stuffed with folders. As well all sub/addon- domains are accessible via the main domain and i have to block them. I only noticed, since the domain root folder was freely selectable at Stevie.
