Hello, I've been trying to use Heliohost for my .de domain, but when trying to change the nameservers from Gandi's DNS to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, I've received an error and the request does not go through. I emailed Gandi support, and they replied: I'm not sure if this a known problem (searching the forums for the error code didn't provide anything), or if I've missed some FAQ along the way, but I hope to resolve this soon. Thanks.

Subdomains do not seem to go through. I described what happened in my first post. A subdirectory is created, it seems, and I receive a Account Queue page when I go the specific subdomain, but nothing appears listed as subdomains in CPanel. I've given it a few days, but I understand you're working on it.

Although I understand that this being worked on I just wanted to point out that the Subdomain function of CPanel also seems to yield a similar problem. For example, adding a subdomain "test" and pointing to a folder "/public_html/test" will yield an error: Error from domain wrapper: Bind reloading on stevie using rndc zone: [mydomain.co.cc] However, although the subdomain does not appear in CPanel to be added and does not function as it should, going to subdomain.mydomain.co.cc will yield: HelioHost Account Queued Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel. Just thought I'd bring it up.

I'm theta I'm 16 and I like to program. I'm hoping that I can use Heliohost as a grounds for building PHP scripts and whatnot.

I've been using GMail since beta and I don't think I'll ever switch. I do, however, use other email services to forward for different purposes... work, development, family, etc...

I pretty much stick to VLC for video when I'm on Windows or Linux. On Windows I use foobar2000 for music; on Linux I use MPD.

I have the same problem and I actually registered--among other things--to point it out. I tried to register a few weeks ago and couldn't, I hoped it would be fixed by now. Is there any help here? This thread has gone for a week without notice...
