Hi. I just wawnt to ask what could be the reason for the frequent 500 error on my sites. And when it does not give error 500, it just takes forever to load. I route the website through cloudflare, have wordpress with avada theme and almost no content yet.... check the account load and for may 26 to present the graph is at zero.... thanks and God bless

Thank you for the response. Is this subdomain issue only because the ssl for the primary domain works... and i added the ssl for the subdomain in the cpanel after seeing that message. Should I remove all ssl on my cpanel altogether?

Hi again. I created a subdomain to create a separate wordpress installation and installed the ssl certificate from zerossl but it is still now opening. I get this error message: To add I have traffic routed from cloudflare and added the A record to point to tommy's IP. Please excuse my lots of questions. Thanks and God Bless!

hi! I would like to ask for help for changing my Primary Domain. I used the form in heliohost.org which asks for the cpanel and password but i mistakenly missed a letter. I tried the form again but it does not change anymore even after 48 hours... Please change jpveneracion.com to jpmveneracion.com thanks and God Bless!

Thanks! God Bless EDIT: I have gone and removed the old domains and added my new dowmain jpmveneracion.com to the cpanel and updated the nameservers in my registrar to NS1.HELIOHOST.ORG and NS2 respectively. is it really going to take 24 hours for this message to disappear? thanks.

Is the SOAP extension available on our server? I already uploaded a copy of NuSOAP in my directory but still when I run the code i am getting this error: In my wamp environment I disabled the php_soap extension to be able to use NuSOAP and the site works fine... But in here the error appears... Is there a way to force PHP to use NuSOAP instead without changing the server settings? Thank you...

Yeah I for one joined and transferred my domain here 3 days ago and my blog was offline most of the time, but I am sticking here since I think the features Heliohost offers is way better than most paid hosting...

It seems the server load goes up and down a lot... For example when I check at cpanel for the server load it say 0.94 (4 cpus) (status light green); then I access wordpress dashboard and the loading of the site slows down and when I check the status it is already at 5.39 (4 cpus) (status light red). I hope it stabilizes soon...
