Does anyone have a fix for the following errors when I try to add these with my domain reg? ns1.heliohost.org does not resolve to an IP address ns2.heliohost.org does not resolve to an IP address

For some reason over the last 4 weeks or more I have not been able to view any of my website from a Comcast connection but can access via TimeWarner and by using Open DNS. Can anyone help resolve this problem. Thanks

I tried to park a domain today and got the same error. "Error from domain wrapper:" Does anyone know when this will be resolved?

I guess someone fixed this for me as it is now working before I had chance to look. Thanks

Today when I try to access any of my domain I get an 403 error. Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Please help. I have 6 domains on my cpanel, before the server went down I was able to create email addresses for all the domain names. Now I am only able to see the one domain on the drop down list when trying to create a new one. Also when I try to change the password on the one domain that shows up it says "Sorry, you do not have access to the domain" Apart from this issue the service is great, best ever. Please let me know when this is fixed, thank you. Jerry
