  1. Hi, I just checked my email and saw this: "Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: %ERROR% Please visit %URL% and try to signup again." When I go to my site, I get a generic Account Suspended page. Is this an error or did we do something wrong?
  2. Hello, I registered yesterday and received an email with the error message in the first post of this topic. I clicked the link in that email to sign up again, and got "We're sorry, but that authorization key has already been used. Please contact an administrator if you continue to have problems." I get a page load error when I try to go to my cpanel page. I see things have been fixed for some, but maybe since I registered during the problem with the server it's not fixed for me. Is it still being worked on? Thanks
