Check file permissions. I had images with a permission of 700, put them back to 644.

Why not replace Apache by lighthttpd? It's much more lightweight and faster than Apache. And why not try DirectAdmin? Paid accounts, surveys and mailing lists would be ok.

1. Confirmed. This is a HelioHost's issue. I'm not an expert in dns, but it seems that some isp's servers need error-free dns servers. There is a topic about the co.cc problems.
