I placed my index page in my public html folder but when i enter my website address instead of showing the content of index page it shows content of apace tomcat page.

I posted a request to activate java for my account 3 days before but no one is responding to that post. So can anyone tell me how long will i have to wait for java to be activated for my account or will it be activated or not???????
