FTP Working fine, and files uploaded. Cpanel login working fine, and emails set. Just waiting for the Account Queued message to disappear now. Thanks for assistance!

On 9th October I was told my account on johnny had been deleted, and that I could set a new one up on stevie (which I prefer). Problem is, when I try to set up a new account on stevie it keeps saying my domain already exists. Domain is centraldgr.com (old server johnny), User name: cdgr

Still cannot access cpanel, and reset email is not being received. 5 attempts now.

I had to redirect name servers to an old host account that's still active as I cannot have my site down for periods of up to a week! The server stevie would be my choice, but that doesn't look likely now! It is funny that you can login to my cpanel, but I cannot as my password is being refused. I tried getting a password reset, but no emails received after 3 attempts!!!

I have been unable to either login to cpanel, or use ftp or even view my web page for over a week. Server is johnny and I want to change to stevie, but the system doesn't even recognise my login details now! domain: centraldgr.com

Islam like any religion is just a means to control, If you believe in God then find him in your heart you don't need religion to do it for you! Islam, Catholic church or whatever. Religions take what they want from scriptures and use it to their own ends letting people know only enough to keep them happy. Islam took bits and pieces from the Jewish Torah and the Scriptures. The Catholic church totally removed 7 books from the original books of the bible, one of which gives a more realistic answer to creation and Adam and Eve. At the end of the day if somebody lives a good decent life, doing no harm, but helping others. Does it matter if they come from a certain creed or religion, or in fact if they believe in God at all?

Is there any specific reason why server johnny loses connection more often than stevie? Surely it cannot be overloaded by numpties overloading the database or server all the time. domain: centraldgr.com Also, hope this isn't a stupid question. Is it possible to change servers, as my friend is using stevie and never has any problems.

Turned out the problem was with Google, though they would never admit it. After asking the question on quite a few forums (Google based) the problem was sorted. I like Google as my home page as it's nice and clean with no clutter or crazy advertising. But they mess around too much with their spider engines.

Thanks. My web page seemed to load fine, it was just the problem of accessing my email from cpanel that was the problem as I have to check my mail daily at least.

GRRRRR! My local council is laying cable for fibre optic, and its causing problems with my connection which I keep losing. As if I don't have enough problems. Hate Internet now!

Firstly, I want to stay with heliohost, as I have heard nothing but good about you's. Entirely my fault for choosing the wrong server, and up until today all was well then server johnny went down causing all sorts of problems (phone calls from people asking why I am not responding to emails etc..) All I wanted to do was change server.

Now lost everything by following the instructions for changing server

Following on screen instructions to request a server move, I asked for account deletion under the belief it would take about 48 hours. Now I see it may be several weeks. I cannot be without my domain for that length of time, so why so long as 48 hours is bad enough?

domain centraldgr.com server johnny. I notice johnny seems to have some problems lately, and I know if I want to change servers all I have to do is request deletion of my account then sign up again. Is there not an easier way of moving from johnny to stevie as I am afraid of being left without my domain for too long.
