  1. I believe that is impossible as I have not uploaded anything in weeks and all uploading is secure. Could I please get the location of the file? Edit: I believe I have found the issue in one of my upload scripts. I will try to secure it further.
  2. Username: katewevu Server: Stevie Domain: sctech.heliohost.org Sort of an odd suspension as it was working fine earlier and I only edited the htaccess. If it was load related, could you possibly address the offending file?
  3. Well there is no real way to know unless we'd see what's on your site to begin with. And I'm sure you won't divulge that information.
  4. Probably got access to your file system by uploading not being validated properly.
  5. Thank you for the response, and fix
  6. Ok. So I'm trying to release a new version of my Contact Form for my script collection, but I need to make sure it works first. I saw a few mail errors earlier but figured it would be fixed by time I got back. I've just returned and the errors have gone away, but the emails will not send. I've checked the error logs, and forced errors, but nothing. The previous form that I have not edited in roughly a month does not work either (it did). Any word on what could be wrong?
  7. At the time I was using Safari for CSS testing. Once I switched to Firefox, it worked. I assume whatever Limesurvey uses to generate their captcha isn't compatible with Safari. It's amazing how many people stole layout pieces from Facebook...
  8. There's a Database Connection error each time I try to use it. Whenever the error does go away, (I assume server load is the issue) the security question will never work.
  9. The stevie license is no longer valid.
  10. Hello. Regarding the 50 email sending limit, does the limit reset at midnight, or does one email get removed from the limit 24 hours from the sent time? For example: If a site sent an email today at 12:00 pm. Would the count be reset at midnight, or would that one email be removed from the count 24 hours later? I'm trying to set a daily sign up limit to coincide with the email sending limit.
  11. Stevie. I guess it was just load at the time. Thank you for your assistance anyways
  12. I've been receiving this message all day, and a few hours last night. I'm not sure if it's mischievous users causing such high load, or what, but I thought I might as well post just in case:
  13. The false virus detected message when uploading is back on Stevie.
  14. Congrats!
  15. Both servers offer PHP though.
  16. You aren't using any closing tag for it. </asp:ToolkitScriptManager>
  17. As long as you don't write ridiculous code that crashes the server or goes over the limit allowed per user (hard to do) you should be fine. Log in every 30 days, etc. etc. Granted, sometimes some users tend to mess up the servers with load. And like any web company, errors occur. How long it takes to fix depends on severity. Overall I would say it's very usable
  18. You may want to look into php and mysql. This would convert at least half your site into one file
  19. Well, the <font> tag is no longer valid html and your site uses it a lot. Not a good thing to use for a site teaching html. Back on topic, as encody stated above, but teach them proper order. You talk about the <head> and <title> tag but it's not too clear that it needs to be within the <head> tag. Provide an example of sorts that shows proper order of an html document. You also shouldn't be starting off with tags. You need to, as above, first teach the proper structure of an html document so the user knows what needs to be where, and what shouldn't be somewhere else.
  20. The server is generally pretty smooth, but there are times where users get a little curious/reckless and decide to play around with the server's load, thus slowing it down quite a bit.
  21. cgi-bin index is automatically set to forbidden, why not go to the file directly?
  22. Clear your cache?
  23. No one should need more than 500 MB unless they're hosting nonsense. I'm currently hosting what could be considered two websites with only 27 MB. If heliohost were to increase to 1 GB then it would most likely increase downtime.
  24. The message told me to tell an administrator so here you go: When loading roundcube EDIT: Seems to work now
