Hello! First of all I want to thank you for this great hosting service. In the last period some visitors reported me, when they access todaynews.info domain, sometimes it's redirected to an adult site. I checked my self and from my computer was ok, but from mobile I was redirected to an adult site. The todaynews.info it is a addon domain. I deleted the .htaccess file for this domain and I disable redirection from control panel but doesn't help. Can you help me, please? user: latestn domains: latestnewsheadline.com and todaynews.info on Stevie.

His issue has nothing to do with the issue above. @latestnewsheadline I recieved your PM and was able to login to your account via ftp this morning before Stevie went down. I'm guessing your problem might be your ftp client. As soon as Stevie comes back up try logging in through this: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/tools/ftp/ My ftp client was ok before the issue and I didn't change any settings. When I saw the problem, I verified it with 2 ftp clients from 3 different ISP and all fail to connect via ftp. I hope that all will be ok after stevie returns Done! Hi again! I changed my password from cpanel but doesn't help. I received the same error message.
