  1. I have to admit I'm getting a little frustrated here. When is cPanel going to be back up and running? I tried working with this other link but cannot get my files to show up. This is just very irritating. I can understand having occasional downtime and such because those things do happen, but when we're talking about a very well used and user friendly utility like cPanel waiting for one or two admins to get to the issue just really makes the chances of keeping my site with HelioHost minimal. I know it's free, but even a free service needs to at least keep the principal utility licenses up and valid for the subscriber base. :angry: Okay, I'm done whining now....off the soapbox. Now, any idea on what I might not be doing correctly to get to my sub-directories and work with my files?
  2. I know there has to be an easy answer as I have forgotten how to configure the FTP on Dreamweaver for both the subdomains I have. I did go into the FTP area and find the correct information for the username and server information, but I think I may not have it pointing to the right file for the specific subdomain. It times out when I test it. Any ideas on what I may be forgetting? Thanks in advance for any help!

  4. Okay! However, when I try to go to the webspace, it does prompt me to sign in with a Microsoft Login pop-up. The first time I was prompted to log in and tried my username, which didn't work. I tried again with the site address and password, it brought up the cPortal log in screen and when I tried to sign in with my username and password it told me my log in was wrong. Is this a normal occurance before the account has been activated?
  5. I just signed up for an Ad Standard account, but have not received any email explaining what I should expect or do once the account is activated by the admin. I checked the spam mail folder and such, but nothing. I got the email to activate on this forum just fine, but nothing about the webspace. Does it normally take a while before I receive it due to waiting for activation? I hear great things about this webhost, so I'm hoping it's just me being too impatient or axnious to get started and nothing wrong! Thanks!
