I like Google better with searches. And I still like Google better with e-mail because it has less of the graphics that take long to load.

Maybe about 1 hour daily on weekdays and 1 and a half hours on weekends. So about 8 hours a week.

Learn JavaScript and CSS they will be good to add some "colour" to your website.

Most of the time your tabs only reopen is because Firefox didn't close properly (i.e. another program required Firefox to be closed.)

I use HTML and CSS to program my websites which usually don't get published to the web. I also use JavaScript sometimes so people don't copy the source code for my website.

Probably BASIC because as the name implies it is basic. I am starting on BASIC myself and I feel I made a good decision. If you are leaning towards web design though HTML is a must. Unless you are using a WYSIWYG HTML editor like FrontPage or something like that.

I don't like to use PHP because it requires a server to run and you don't always have a server handy during the development process.

WMM is probably the best choice for free movie making(if you have Windows). But if you are willing to spend money on Vegas it has a lot more features than Movie Maker but it takes up a lot of memory though, it's manual alone takes up about 10MB.

The most widely accepted language is probably CSS because you don't need any plug ins and you don't need your website to be on a server to run it like PHP.

Pluto can not be a planet because there are asteroids in the asteroid belt bigger than Pluto. It can not be an asteroid either because it is composed of different materials. There should be a term that describes it, like planeroid or something.
