  1. I am getting an error when accessing the cPanel of Johnny. It produces a site can’t be reached page and then I am logged out when I try to return to the previous page. Is this a known issue? Hi, i've opened a johnny account and set up db and attached user with privileges.i also set "%" host on remote mysql.i'm trying to connect the db (from android app) using host: johnny.heliohost.org, db name + user: meravbh_androidbut i get error could not connect. what seems to be the issue? thanks, Merav

  13. The johnny server does not work for webmail. The webmail opens but it takes forever to load. If i create another subdomain, its the same problem. Why is johnny server for free subdomain not working for webmail and also why is the webmail login url not stable? If you try out a new webmail and it works, can i have the login url? How can i create a subdomain in other server apart from johnny server? For instance, i want to create a subdomain in stevie or tommy server but its always selecting the johnny server for me, why? The server my site was on was down a whole lot meaning logging in became a regular issue because I could almost never bring up the cpanel. This meant I'd get the occasional "renew you account" email and have to click renew and hope the link even loaded. On my johnny cpannel. /home/marcalex/scripts/download_data.py >/home/marcalex/scripts/log 2>&1 The cron job won't run and in log I get : /usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: /home/marcalex/scripts/download_data.py: /usr/local/bin/python3.4: bad interpreter: No such file or directory Where the shebang in download_data.py is : #!/usr/local/bin/python3.4 I understand from the log that there is no python3.4 available on johnny but that's not what I read here : http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/23326-answered-python-issue/?do=findComment&comment=114872 So my question is : Is python 3 available on Johnny if so what shebang could I use ?
