I=20 just added this account yesterday and it was working. Today my=20 webpage has a banner that says "Account suspended" but no reason.= I=20 was not emailed any reason for this either.

We run Linux not Windows so it's unlikely they will even runWhen you signed up you picked Johnny which is our experimental server. That means that it can be rather unstable with high load spikes occasionally. Today has been an exceptionally bad day for load spikes as you can see on our server monitor http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ When the load is high it means that the responses from the server could take a lot longer to come such as you saw with the 7-8 seconds, or time out entirely. If you're interested in running ASP.net on a more stable server with better uptime I recommend transferring your account to Tommy. Hi HelioHost, Thank you for your service! I try it second day and I am still happy) But there is an issue - I believe your engineers can help me with that. I use server game logic wrote in .NET / Mono. I have configured ASP.NET on Johny server but ASP.NET is not necessary - if I could run my ".exe" service which listen for http post requests on your server - it would be great. The problem is: ----- Now I deal with my server "snake.heliohost.org" is not available sometimes and webpage request (listing directory) without custom handlers takes up to to 7-8 seconds. Yesterday it was OK. Today sometimes I even can not get response. ----- But ping to "snake.heliohost.org" is OK every time. May be I am wrong, but it seems there is an issue with ASP.NET stuff. Can it be fixed somehow? or may we configure to run my service without ASP.NET ? Thank you in advance, Pavel

Everyone who creates an account now gets free ssl certificates on Ricky and Tommy. Users on Johnny can still use free Let's Encrypt certificates on their shared IPs, but you will need to install them yourselves and keep them updated. AutoSSL is already enabled on all existing, and newly created Tommy accounts. When Ricky goes live he will also offer free https on all domains. If you have any questions please let us know.
