Thank you so much! I was able to successfully log in and change my password.= My issue is completely resolved. I suspect that you are right in that the c= hange password forms were failing because of special characters in my passwo= rd. Thank you for giving up your time as a volunteer.=

I've tried resetting my password using the cPanel form, but it isn't even sending me the emails with the security code. Before you ask, I was using my username instead of my email, I'm checking my spam folder, the email it has is correct, and I've tried resending and restarting the process serveral times. The homepage reset form still doesn't work. My password is fairly long (a little over 20 characters), is there some hidden maximum password length? What are my options? My account is completely unusable at this point. Thank you for your help.

After creating a HelioHost account (with this email account), I tried to log in using my email address and recently created password. I was told I had an 'Invalid Login'. I thought I had simply mistyped my password when setting up my account, so I reset my password using the provided link. To avoid typing mistakes, I then typed my password into a text file, copied it into the reset form, and waited for my password to reset. Then, I copied my password directly from the file again to attempt to log in again, and got the same error. I flushed my cache, waited a few hours, and redid the whole procedure again to be sure I didn't just need to wait for my account to activate or my password change to apply. I got the same error. Because I'm sure now that I'm not just mistyping my password, I need help logging in. I'm not sure what else I can do on my own. Sincerely, Ryan Srail

Getting "Error 28" on a wordpress install. According to Wordpress: This MySQL error has nothing directly to do with WordPress. You should contact your host about it. It may be caused by one of a number of reasons: Your cache on your server is full. You should contact your web host to resolve this. You have too many files in your /tmp. Again, contact your web host. https://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#Error_28 I've deleted the contents of the /temp directory and did a clean install of wordpress. After a clean install, now getting a login redirect loop along with Error 28. I've also deleted the .htaccess file, but the results are the same.

Hello, I started a free site this weekend to test out some new ideas with some web pages that use Google Maps while I learn things. My domain is tallpaul.heliohost.org. So I type that in a browser and get the 404 error. I have a index.html file in my root directory of /home/tallpaul/ as well as a simble .html file to test out. I’ve tried adding on /index.html & /home/tallpaul.index.html and others and nothing seems to pull up the web page. What do I need to do to get it started up? Thanks for any help in getting me pointed in the right direction on this site. - Paul

Hello, My hosting account in HelioHost is lsu. I have configured two add-on domains - ashvasan.org and smritinandan.org. The domain names are registered with GoDaddy.com and the nameservers are directed to HelioHost servers. I have configured one email each for the two domains - info@ashvasan.org and info@smritinandan.org. I am able to send and receive emails using the webmail option. However, after configuring Outlook, I am only able to receive but unable to send emails for both accounts. What could be wrong here? I don't see any issue in the configurations. Thank YouPrasad

Since wikipedia is a community powered organization just like HelioHost we thought it was a great place to publish this information. Hopefully the article is up to the high standards that wikipedia holds, and doesn't get deleted immediately. If the link doesn't work for you then I guess that's what happened.

So i recently donated for a invite to the tommy package before hand i created an account and got an email for verification and verified it but then when trying to login i got an error saying an account does not exist with this email address, i tried making a new one with the same email address and it work and got an email again but when i tried to login i got the same error saying an account with this email address doesnt exist. Please help.

Thanks for your email apologies for the confusion. I have my password and username for helio but when I try to delete my account in cpanel it asks for another username and password and my helio details do not work here can you advise on this? I get the password reset link but when I enter a new password on the page and submit, it returns an error. It suggested that I contact support to get help for it so I'm doing so now. I've tried twice or thrice to reset my password to no avail. Sent from Mail for Windows 10
