Python on Tommy has been upgraded to version 3.6.3 up from version 3.6.0. If your python 3.6 application required certain non-standard modules you might be seeing a 500 error after the upgrade. Please simply post at customer service listing the modules that you need installed on this new version of python just like you did originally. I understand that the Johnny server is intended for testing and is indeed how I had planned to use it (a few python tests for educational purposes to be exact) I think the connection problems I am encoutering are purely due to the server being overloaded. The insecure connection currently results in a 404 error for the URL http://cpanel.johnny.heliohost.org/login/ Similarly, attempting a cpanel connection results in a "site cannot be reached" error on https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/login/ I will keep trying to connect for the next couple of days and delete my account if unsuccessful. Hello, I have just joined Heliohost and would like to start adding content to my website space. However, when I log in to Heliohost, and then click on the buton "continue to Cpanel", I get an error in my browser as if the connection timed out: "This site can't be reached johnny.heliohost.org took too long to respond." It was working on the first day of connection shortly after the account was origninally set up. I would be grateful to learn whether there are any problems regarding my account. Best regards, leon
