The username is pmsp90 I'm trying to connect to server via FTP. I've created a new ftp account from the cPanel. I downloaded the config file for FileZilla but it doesn't work. I've also tried using different clients but all the times it doesn't work with the message "Impossibile to connect to the server". I've also tried using the main ftp account (the Special FTP Account), but without success. Could you help me? Thank you Paolo

I have already checked java on my cpanel it is showing the following message since the account has been moved to tommy * Java Tomcat* JavaServer Pages (JSP) is a technology that helps software developers create dynamically generated web pages based on HTML, XML, or other document types. Released in 1999 by Sun Microsystems, JSP is similar to PHP, ASP and React's JSX but it uses the Java programming language. To deploy and run JavaServer Pages, a compatible web server with a servlet container, such as Apache Tomcat, is required. *Notice:* Java does not scale well on a shared host because each account on which Java is enabled increases the total memory and cpu requirements of the Apache Tomcat server. Therefore we only enable Java on the accounts that will actually use it rather than all new accounts by default. A Servlet is an object that receives a request and generates a response based on that request. The basic Servlet package defines Java objects to represent servlet requests and responses, as well as objects to reflect the servlet's configuration parameters and execution environment. The package javax.servlet.http defines HTTP-specific subclasses of the generic servlet elements, including session management objects that track multiple requests and responses between the web server and a client. Servlets may be packaged in a WAR file as a web application. *Notice:* In order to keep load levels low and provide Java support to the largest number of accounts we will remove Java access from any accounts that become suspended or inactive. I have mode some .zip files in public_html directory and When I clicked the button move there was a path /home/public_html/backup and I clicked yes. I looked for this path and did not exist. I looked for /home/backup and there were no .zip files . I made .zip files of each site and not the whole. Do I have to delete the .zip file of backup directory so that not anyone else can download it ? No, I have an email account setup on my account, which is info@liftuup.heliohost.org, that I can't delete because of that error. No no no, I want to keep my tommy account.
