yes I did see the message and used the link. when I typed in cPanel username and password system didn't recognize account. I then used the mysol username and password the still same thing.. The very moment this whole issue started, I was still log in and working on my site. just to navigate , was logged out, so I tried logging back in with the information sent but could not till date.. Ever since system does not recognize any of my information again. I initially thought clearing my caches could solve the issue but it couldn't. I used a different browser yet nothing happened. Please, you can see for yourself I cannot do anything from my end, that the primary reason I sent all those information in the first place to get the issue rectified.. Please, if you know anything you can do, just do it. delete the account. I just want an end to this very account please.. This whole stuff is costing me more than I bargained me.
