  7. Finally I could run my app on your servers with less lags and waiting times. One issue that I found and drove me crazy: If you change permissions of files/directories etc, you need to know that the only way the new permission is updated is via permission option (the one with the key symbol) not by modifing the numbers appearing on the right hand. I tell u this because I stayed almost 2 hours trying to figure out why I have the error message 404 even though following the tutorials to make it works. Thank you for you pacient with me and sory for the strong message I sent at first, but I was really frustrated while trying to make my project work, for free. Now it works better. As you say in your welcome page, you do it for free and everything looks so colorful there. But once you are using it sometimes you can't even see your file system because it is unable to reload the page, it gets loading forever. And if I want to test it by going directly to the domain, it takes the whole life to finally throw up that an error was found. The presentation letter is all but wet paper, seriously I don?t know your intentions with this but if for a small piece of code it doesn?t work I think is not even worth trying trying more time.   13. The HelioHost staff updated several mission critical operating system packages today which resulted in a few bugs for a couple hours. The main culprit was the openssl package which rendered our main website from being unable to communicate with the other servers. This means login attempts and password change requests at heliohost.org would always result in an error message. This should be fixed now. The other major issue we've noticed is that the system clock on one of our servers got way out of sync for a while. This resulted in some accounts being sent warning messages about not logging in to cpanel often enough. The clock has been synced back up, and all of the time based issues should now be resolved as well. Let us know if you notice anything else odd happening. This is why we only make major updates like this very rarely. Thank you for your patience during the buggy last couple of hours.
