I made a $5 PayPal donation on Sunday 21 October (*transa**ction ID * *3WD42547W47120440*), but, instead of the expected space upgrade, this morning I found an email from Heliohost with an invitation to open an account on Tommy (despite the fact I already have such an account). I think the confusion might be that--while the email addresses for my PayPal and Heliohost accounts are the same, the usernames might be different. My PayPal account is *schase56*, while my Heliohost account might show up as *schase* (schase.heliohost.org) or *schase56* (my actual username login for Heliohost cpanel). He's using an android phone to view his emails, and I'm thinking that the emails are being put in his spam folder, but he doesn't know how to check that. Do you think that's the problem? Do you know how he can fix that so he can receive emails from my helio host sub domain?

We've noticed that some of the donations we've received so far don't match any accounts in our system. If your paypal email address differs from your hosting account email we won't be able to automatically match the donation to your account. If you want to receive your 2000 MB of storage space simply make a post in the customer service forum or email support@heliohost.org and let us know your paypal transaction id and your account username.
