His username is rainyads and he's on the Tommy server. He's the account that we talked about that had the missing ip address. I tried changing the php version myself through the WHM but got the same error.

Probably because you have the wrong image url on your home page: <img src="C:\Users\ADMIN\Documents\ram\image\IMG_6301.jpg"> That would only work on your Windows PC.
