mod_rewrite should be enabled on both servers. What server are you on and what htaccess directive are you using.
-
It usually takes 24 hours for new accounts to be able to login to cpanel. If you still have problems, repost. Although I'm not sure if we can do anything though.

I've already reset his password and emailed it to him. I've also logged into his account several times. @Deadgit: Is it not accepting your login or timing out?

Ok I've reset your password and sent you an email. Let me know if you don't get it.

No you don't have to use that domain. You could change the domaimn or add a Parked Domain. If I reset your password and email it to the address you registered with, will you get it?

This is the account for that username: toolboxgaming.co.cc

Thanks. Everything seems to be working now, even the timezone directive. You might want to think about changing it back on Johnny too.
-
I honestly think that we should go back and recompile it back to the way it was. I really think this is going to cause more problems leaving it this way. For instance the equivilent to this: <Files portal.html> ForceType application/x-httpd-php5 </Files> isn't working: <Files portal.html> ForceType fcgid-script </Files> djbob, what do you think?
-
What do we need to do to correct it to accept the original handler? Allot of people have that directive to parse html pages. What about the timezone directive? Also I see a problem with doing that in the future when Apache gets recompliled again. Is it going to get set back to the correct handler?

You probably could use a rewrite but Apache should be set up to parse html pages using that directive. Also I'm thinking if this directive isn't working and the other directive I posted about that changes the time zone, then we've got problems some where.
-
Yeah there seems to be a problem with htaccess directives. Hopefully xaav can figure it out when he comes back online. This is the correct line your looking for to parse html pages: AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .html .htm This should say "Hello World" when it's working. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/parse_html.html @xaav: Seems Johnny has the same problem. This should show the date and time: http://dallas.heliohost.org/time.html
-
Your site loads fine for me.
-
I don't know if this is because of the recent compiling of Apache but I just noticed the time on my site isn't EST anymore and this htaccess directive no longer works: SetEnv TZ US/Eastern This should be showing EST time. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/time.php
