This problem STILL exists where I cannot add parked domains via cPanel but I can STILL create parked domains via the WP Network...

Well... my cPanel says that disk space usage is

@jon301 there is no limit on the disk space store as long as it is not abused!

Also, I have a subdomain in cPanel but I can't add any more... probably because I have created a wildcard subdomain in cPanel for a subdomain WP network...

You can also try switching to another webhost temporary, but remember to come back when Stevie is back up!

Two good free webhosts I know are Zymic and x10hosting but they both have more limitations...

I admit, BOTH Stevie and Johnny have some downtimes... but since my account is on Johnny, I can tell you for sure it really lags for 2-10 minutes per every hour or so and sometimes it is down. I think heliohost's #1 priority should be improving uptime as it would be a more reputable and better webhost!

Yeah... and there's x10hosting I'm trying too.... but there's a WHOLE lot of quota restrictions!

I think that hacktivism is good and bad. I totally support it to a point where it starts to harm lots of people.

Same here... .asp seems to be down, too! I can tell you for sure it's enabled on cPanel and it's NOT working at all...
