I am back on with a new account gadgetc - main domain Yesterday an admin moved the account from Johnny to Tommy and it is working now, however all my other domains are not working. Addon domains seem to be still attached to the old account gadgetcc. Please move them over to the new account. Thank you.

I was on Tommy as gadgetcc (bringmelight.com) and due to the word press hack, my account was deleted. I never got the email inviting me to rejoin, but I was able to create a new account: gadgetc It put me on Johnny (where I started years ago and then after the crash, I donated and went to Tommy) Now my domain doesn't show up at all. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I don't understand why my account has been suspended. I don't even have active websites. Server I think it's Tommy main domain: I think is bringmelight.com I have a number of domains.

I would like to move to Tommy as well. I made a donation, but the email is different than the one here. How long does it take for the invite? Also, my sites were wordpress installations. Are the databases gone? The files in the zip were only the website files, but not the databases. Please forgive my ignorance, but I don't know a lot about how this works. Also not sure which domain was the main and which were subs or addons. Do you need all or just one to move everything? Appreciate all the help you can give! can not access http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ and none of my sites are working. Is stevie down again? Is there a way to prevent the user who is responsible for bringing down stevie (using system resources) from continuing to do this on a weekly basis?

This is what the screen looks like when I attempt to load cPanel. It is stuck on whatever it is trying to load from choices.truste.com. I have been waiting for 30 minutes with no change.
