@alsantosss now it works fine the index.php is working for me , in my mac book and in linux machine and even on my android phone browser.

think its problem with ur browser .

Both the domain works fine from here, including the heliohost sub domain

@szaer if you add the sub domain its not created its only queued not created , it will take 24 - 48 hours to get it working . This is a custom made djbob(root admin) script , i think that creates the sub domain when the server load is minimum to prevent over loading of server.

so please check after 24 hours , some time if serer load is below some range it may be created at that instant itself.

Yes Byron is absolutely right , @iohn2000 that thing wont be happening soon , as far as i have know this host 3 years ago and has been hosting my website here till now and will be.

so don't worry about it , and most importantly heliohost has a forum in which members and moderators are available here to answer almost any questions you have 24 x 7, which you may find even hard to find on a paid host , or any company.

Sure us @corenet that is what insisted me to make it, i will add one more monitoring site , to it from a different server shortly, for those who have website on Stevie server.

I just need to ask whether my website Tech stream is over loading servers i mean going above the permissible limit , not problem with web space i use only 100-200MB of the allowed 500MB, what i mean was i get in an average 50-100 hits a day with an added facility to check a whether a website is down or not i get more hits on it which works on curl,do any admins think i need to change to a paid host , but i participated in the competition so i don't want to break rules of it.

if the admins tell that i am passing above the permissible resources , i will move or if the admins have any other solution that i can do please do mention it, i will try to follow it, as i don't like to move from you sir because i like helio host the most.

I ask this because i don't like to get suspended and have suspended page displayed and most importantly i don't want to make such a good resource provided by heliohost un-useful for those who needs it.

think your .htaccess file has some problem i think the codes you added makes it, or you may be loged into Cpanle , when ever you login to cpanel it shows 500 error page or else you may be ftping the file you are accessing.

i think the 2nd and the 3rd reasons is more likely to you as you said.

The PHP file works fine to me but displays some boxes, i think its because my pc does not have the language.

The asp file gives some error i dont know whether its a server problem or an error in the code as i don't know asp.

now your account is queued will take about 24 hours to become active till then wait.

The whole website seems to violate the heliohost terms, why did byron unsuspended the account

Sorry brumpj as far as we know heliohost does not keep back up of files you are supposed to keep you own backups, if u dont login to cpanel every 30 days the account will be cancled and cannot be recovered.

Sorry,try to login in every 30 days when u start a new account.
