if you need more that 500mb for file then you can use a file host like rapid share or something else.

the domain is pointing to heliohost name servers there is nothing wrong with that

Helio host does not have any upload file size limit but the max space that you in your account is the file size limit, i.e if have used 100MB out of 500 MB then you limit is 400MB.

I don't think there is a limit other that this

you can add it without www also it had happened once to me.

lsycxyj if you have logged into you cpanel or uploading file using ftp the web site will show 500 error.
