i did a clean installation with softaculos from cpanel and all was fine, so i transferred the db and the problem was still there, so i transferred the files too and it dissapeared. si the problem was because of some files. anyway problem solved.

well... i got a strange error on my forum when i want to do a post. as a member, there is no problem in doing that ( posting ) , but as a staff member ( moderator/admin) i cant do any post because it gives me an error i have punbb 1.4, and this forum is connected to a site, both using same db for registration/user.

ads need to be clicked, and from my experience not much ppl click them... ofc if u got the server, and the community to help develop it, i guess the bills arent much anymore, but still

Well, maybe my question is too much since this may be ur secret to be so successful. I ask how do HelioHost pay his bills ? only from this ads and ppl donations ? Asked this because i remember HelioHost some months ago when i first tried it, an i can say that it improved much (regarding uptime, since features are already too good). also because i want to open a top site, which most of the times are successful too, from where i hope to get some $ from ads, and ofc donate some to HelioHost since lol.... u assure me the host. ofc the price for my ads will not be big which mean the donation will not big either but still. Thank you for providing us such a good host and for all the work u put in this project.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=' in /home/.... on line 75 <?php=$r['name'];?><?php=$and?> if i remove this it will give me the same error for other code, and so long till the page will have all the scripts removed. from what researches i did, some ppl talked about php version, but on heliohost is 5 which is the right one. some others said to remove the "=" or the code. removing the "=" it will give me an error about variable, and removing the code.. well i explained u above. anyone know smth about this ?

i remember i had one, i also remember that back then was really laggy the server so i didnt used it, becaue of this the acc become inactive so when i wanted to test again, i did a post in this thread, which i cant find. there was any wipe or smth like that ? maybe my acc got deleted. ill singup once again from the obvious reasons. thank you for your time.

i got only 1 gmail acc and no email on it (nu.merge.nik@...) if is not this i may have an account on any of this 2 mails (is.sido / ilive.team at yahoo) and it was on johnny. my question is, since "Sido" is not my acc can i apply for one ? (if we dont find the acc i had)

can u tell me the email ? because i still get no email, not even on spam (checked 5 of my emails) maybe someone created an acc with that name before me and i used other name... so now i try to recover an account that is not mine...

then it seems that i dont remember my password, and asking for one in CPanel does not work. it does not send me an email with it.

This script http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain changes your main domain for you. i tried with a co.cc domain and for few mins on that address was a pages saying "u choose to change your domain bla bla and will take 24 hours" passed more than 24 hours im still able to use the old domain (subdomain of helihost) and the new address i get "server not found" (error)

hello i joined helio first as a test, to see if it fits to my needs and it does very well. i want to pen a top site, and since all webhosts dont offer open ports and dedicated costs as hell in time i dont need all their resources, i tried to get an free alternative. i hope all the best cuz as far as i can see its getting better and better. if i can help somehow let me know, i do webdesign mainly but also im familiar with html codes and mysql db's

i add 1 cron job and after 5 mints (the time i set) it disappear from the list i think it disappear from list because "it work 1 time" even if u set every hour/every day... etc

well this up/down are annoying .... about cron, i tried more times and the same result..

it may be because of high server load, cuz if i think about, AND if im not wrong..., this happen when i did a cron job on a specific file (which check online status of some ip's, dont worry i dont do anything against law, its a website top and it show the online status of the websites that joined the top). il do more tests concerning this situation. also i wanna say that cron job list disappear (never used it, this is first time and i may not do smth right or this might be normal... but i dont think so). i wrote there the command to use this check.php file, and the command appear after in the list bellow, after few mins (i guess after the time i set there the cron job) the least is empty... why ?

@krydos yeah... it seems stable now... well i tested with uploading a new file near all those i see there, and this new file (an image) work... rest not... maybe they remained as root files or smth like that.. that are not loaded into the domain adress but they are on the host. so ill delete all them and re-upload.... hope this problem will not appear again

http://i-live.heliohost.org/ server: johny username: sido on ftp i see my files, but visiting the adress it looks like a empty director. ps: as you can see i did another post in joohny thread about the down/up time. with all this issues when serv was up my website worked, now its up (the adress) but the directory look empty even if in ftp i see the files...

i got the exact same problem now.

im having this problem too since some days (but yesterday i set up my website). well i read all the posts in the above thread which was closed on 26... and im not having problems only with the jhoony server but with all helionet community. beside this 5min up/5min down... the host is wonderful, it just fit all my needs, keep it up:X
