  1. Hi, I started an account with my own domain name on Sunday, under the domain name of 'chris.tuart.co.uk'. Having realised that it would make more sense just to have the whole domain here and create a subdomain from within the control panel once everything was up and running I, probably foolishly, used the domain change script on heliohost.org before my account was set up. I've been doing things in the DNS record editors in cPanel, so I can't remember exactly what the situation was when I first got to my account, however currently it shows an A record for tuart.co.uk (as well as a load of other records for www., mail. etc.) but nothing for chris.tuart.co.uk. Surprisingly, however, chris.tuart.co.uk still loads just the same as tuart.co.uk. Using the heliohost DNS checker, it shows that nameserver 1 has an A record for chris.tuart.co.uk and nameserver 2 is currently down (I assume that is an unrelated issue). It seems also that the subdomain feature of cPanel is not working for me. Creating a subdomain at 'chris' does not change the behaviour of 'chris.tuart.co.uk', though that might be expected given the other problems. Creating a subdomain at 'applet.tuart.co.uk' pointing to 'tuart.co.uk/applet' does not seem to do anything either though. My account name is cstuart and my hosting is on Stevie, if these help. Thanks for any and all time given, Chris Stuart
