  1. No. There's not a god. It's stupid to believe in one, in this day and age. That's false. In your scenario, you don't say where the watchmaker came from. If everything has to be made by something else, where did your watchmaker come from? Saying that God must exist because we don't know what made the big bang happen is a stupid thing to say. There will be no second coming, atheists are right, and you do realise you're violating part of your religion, right? You said you pray to gods. Plural. The Christian god is a jealous god, apparently. You're only meant to worship one god, and that god is him.
  2. This thread is kind of fail. The selection of bands that you gave was abysmal, and you totally fucked up with genres - metal/emo rock? I'm not going to go there.
  3. ~Go on youtube and search for "Amaranth(full)" and you should find the song. It's great!
  4. Why would any other life "probably not be as advanced as us?" What reasons do you have - if any - for thinking this? Other life could fall below us on the scale or above us. It could be single-celled organisms which will one day be as advanced as us, or multi-cellular organisms that are MORE advanced than us. The universe is liely a mix between the two. I see no logical reason why we would be the most (or least) advanced lifeforms.
  5. Have you heard Amaranth? It's like drugs. I can't stop listening to it x.x I really love Over the Hills, too! It's great
  6. It varies. Sometimes I use Windows Media Player for movies and such, sometimes it's Quicktime and other times it's VLC. For music, it's always iTunes.
  7. I'm from Europe, more specifically the UK, and even more specifically Wales. (South Wales, to be exact. )
  8. Thanks for that, I really love Nemo. It's an awesome song.
  9. Flyleaf are okay, but I've never heard Nightwish. I probably would like them if I did, though.
  10. I like OpenOffice. It's not as pretty to look at as MSO but it works just as well (better, probably) and it does what I need it to do.
  11. You are correct! It's kind of an easy riddle, though. The one I had in my head before it was much better, but I forgot it. ^^'
  12. Interesting... I'm not sure if it's real or not, but rocks aren't my area of expertise. Never heard of that before, though.
  13. There were so many! Dexter's Lab, Doug.... I liked Doug.
  14. Yeah, I know! I wanted to hear them sing "Weasley is our King," too! I really wanted to see Fred and George's swamp, too, and the prefects thing was totally left out. They also left out the mirror that Sirius gave Harry for Christmas, and his knife, and they left out loads of scenes at the Ministry.
  15. From what I've read (and admittedly, that's not much), Barak seems to be a better candidate than that other guy. That, and if I were an American, I'd not be a Republican.

    Software Upgrade

True, but I can still register my approval, right? I like the design.
  17. I'll not get it, but thanks for that. I use OpenOffice which, while not having all of MSO07's "flash," does exactly what I need it to do.
  18. Poor polar bears, I say. If grizzlies intrude on their territory much more there'll be rampant hybridization.
  19. Yeah, they really did. I'm just very glad that they left Hermione's "You because YOU have the emotional range of a teaspoon" in. They took out Vernon's raving about "dementoids" which I was really looking forward to.
  20. Communism won't work on the large scale. It just fails. It doesn't work. It can work on small scale projects, yeah, but large scale, like China? It'll not work. Capitalism will win eventually.
  21. I've got a tabby cat, that's all. I did have two English bull mastiffs, but they live on a farm now.
  22. Bush will be out of office in your next election, anyway. You just better hope (and vote for) Barak Obama will become president.
  23. Not always. More trees = more oxygen and less CO2 but more trees in the arctic is a bad thing. The trees will confuse animals and will invade local plant-life. Many plants are found in the tundra and only there, and this is why warmer arctic isn't a good thing. So, it's not really the trees that are the problem, it;s the climate. The trees are just a secondary thing.
  24. I love riddles, they're great to work out. I had a really, really good one, but I can't remember it. Instead, I'll say this one: What crawls on four legs in the morning, walks on two in the day and walks on three at night?
  25. If the Mexicans would learn English and emmigrate legally, then I see no problem with them entering America. It's bad for both them and America if they're there illegally, though - they get no benefits, can't get a proper job et cetera.
