You aren't suspended. This blank Cpanel problem is getting too common, are both of you on Johnny ?

On Heliohost, you have to log in to your Cpanel once a month to keep your account active. Just login to your Cpanel and prevent account suspension.

But when I try to open mydomain.tk I get a page saying below: Please help me, how is it possible that if I open mydomain.tk or mydomain.co.cc it open the same site as mydomain.tk? Thanks in advance. You could try domain forwarding ? Parking takes 24 hours.

Thanks. I didn't use backup script so I'm guessing the tmp directory was fulled due to other reason. ( btw - the image was just (!) error sign from the server status entry). Do you know maybe how can I clean the relevant space in that directory? seems like I don't have access to it from the cPanel. You can open the tmp directory in the file manager. Just select the Home Directory and then chose the tmp directory. Yeah, mine is showing 22 % full as well. Perhaps it was a temporary issue. Or was related to his own account's tmp directory - if there is such a thing.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you should only need name servers. Its been a long time since I visited co.cc though =/ One more thing, Google doesn't index co.cc so its better you try another free domain like .TK
