END EDIT Alright, I was thinking about hosting an RPG game on Helionet (forum post RPG, that is) for all you people who don't have lives (me included) Okay, so these are the rules (kinda, draft format) 1) You create a character and PM me (see below) 2) If I say yes, post it in this forum. 3) There will be a ladder in the first post after all people who entered have sent me their character draft. 4) You challenge and defend against other people. You cannot run away from a challenge. However, if you are say... 1st, you can only defend. You cannot fight anyone with a lower ladder rank than you. So say there was A, B, and C. C was the best and first, B was last because he was no good, and A was second. B can attack anyone. C can only defend against people. A can attack C, but can only defend against B. So yeah... oh The character rules Name is your ingame forum nickname Stats: Strength (determines damage) Dexterity (determines who attacks first and dodge rate) Intellegence (determines magic damage) Weapon: (Sword, staff or dagger just for now ) Magic: Healing or Attack. So, for example: KaRath Strength: 5 Dexterity:5 Intellegence: 5 (You can distribute 15 points, to a maximum of 7 on each stat.) Weapon: Sword Magic: Healing So yeah... Also, how does combat work? Well, you PM the person you want to attack and challenge them (remember the rules). After the person has replied, both people must PM me, and then I shall PM back to say who attacks first. (And so forth). So yes, combat will take a while. But another way you can do it is through each other, though in the end you have to send me the whole script and messages of fighting. (Combat will be explained more later) So that's all for now... oh and I'm looking for two referees. The referees cannot play this game but they moderate and stuff (like, fighting and send me the results). Prizes: Well, depends how many people join. How long does it run for: Ditto above. PS3 currently is a gamble, such as the new DirectX 10 cards, as they are a lot of money for an unknown quantity. Wii is way better than PS3 and even the Xbox 360 is better. Currently. So sorry to contridict there, but the PS3 is easily the worst of all the consoles. Because it doesn't utilise the power efficiently enough.
