Just a short simple question. If I use frames to load a page does it count as taking bandwidth from my HelioHost account or from the site that I am loadings bandwidth? Example if I load www.google.com into a frame does it use Googles bandwidth or does it use it from my HelioHost account?

The no-reply@heliohost.org email address is called that so you don't reply to it because that email usually isn't monitored as there are different email address's for support

This is meant to be a joke, it's not actually the Vista source code, take a close look at what it says. Basically what that says is that the number of new features in Vista is 3, the number of those new features that are actually working is 0, the number of bugs is, well large, and it's not ready to be released.
