I'm sorry if I made this confusing. I've purchased the domain marchasdecristo.com months ago. As I understand, I need to add a new subdomain in my hosting account so that you can link it to my domain. So I definitely want to add my .com domain to my account. Thank you very much.

HelioHost Username: jaguerra27 Server: Tommy Main domain: jaguerra27.helioho.st Today I tried to access to plex using my heliohost account (jaguerra27) and I received the notice that my account has been suspended, with no mail notificacion or hay other advise. I think it was a wrong suspenssion, because I only store a database and trying to deploy a NodeJS application, with no success, so I desist and I am only using the database. If the suspenssion is legit, at least allow me to enter to the database to made a dump, or send me to my mail if it is not possible to access, beause I have only saved the account for a read-only access to the database, the admin account is inside Plex, and I cannot enter to get it.
