Still one issue remains. Using SFTP I deleted the folder https://files.mm1.helioho.st/c-cloud/ if I http to https://files.mm1.helioho.st that folder is no longer visible, but if i use the complete explicit URL, the old files are still there. SFTP still sees them but if I try to delete the folder it refuses. How do I clear https://files.mm1.helioho.st/c-cloud/ permanently? Or could you? Thanks Marco

Completion was announced 19 hours ago. Account: mm1 on Morty. Received migration completion email May 19 5:56 PM. Server responds 200 at root but all files under public_html are missing. mm1.helioho.st and files.mm1.helioho.st both 404. Chat is down. Please restore files or advise at mm@marcomessina.com Thank you Marco Messina

I have been uploading with SFTP to 65.19.154.72 (where all my VPS files are, I think). It is with SFTP that now I get the error. From the image I sent yu it looks like Morty/Plesk is at 853mb. I seem unable to find login for VPS to check what I have available there. Is 1000mb the limit for both Plesk files and VPS files?

thank you. Does it mean that out of the two servers Morty and Tommy I have 1000mb? I thought I had that much when I started for free on Morty for my web pages. Then I paid a subscription on Tommy where my Files.mm1 (65.19.154.72) reside. Do I not get any extra space out of that subscription? Thanks

It may be a file limit, but note that my files are on the Monty server with a paid monthly subscription and with a link to my page on Morty. This is how it was setup by Krydos as far as I know. What is my limit on Monty? Where can I check that?

Trying to upload mp4 file to my Tommy directory and getting error Received SSH2_MSG_CHANNEL_DATA for nonexistet channel 0. Sometimes it does a partial transfer. I uploaded same files before. Tried mulyiple sftp clients that worked in the past, same results Thanks and happy new year

Hi Krydos This is Marco mm@marcomessina.com hosted as mm1.helioho.st When I first started my hosting six months ago, I was set up on Tommy, Then you added a larger storage space on another server for an annual fee. It worked great until recently I switched to Morty (I did it only to pay a monthly fee to support Heliohost) The subdomain files.mm1.helioho.st you created, was pointing to http://65.19.154.72/files/ and I can still access those files now at that URL Since one of your techs moved me to Morty, the subdomain no longer connects. I went around with Support to no avail, possibly because what you set up for me was unusual? I cannot find a way to reconfigure my subdomain in Morty DNS. Could you please fix it? Thanks for your help Marco

Using FTP I created two directories in VPS: iwagt and viewpoints and in those, everything works as expected. Then, using the same process with FTP I created the directory books and uploaded some files. Using FTP I can see them all there but when I go to https://mm1.helioho.st/books the directory books is not found. I am confused. Please ignore the same question posted on your thread wrong place to post?)

That sounds great. Can you setup VPS for me so that I have a URL to FTP to? I am familiar with Plesk from 20+ years of hosting at Godaddy, but not with VPS. Thanks

In reality I had no desire to go to VPS. My site has a trivial amount of traffic because it is just an archive of web pages I created over the last 40 years (I am 73). I just want to keep them for my grandkids to see how computing evolved (I started in 1972) and maybe they get inspired to look at IT as a career. Also I have a site with many videos I created in the early 2000's that family and friends may want to access very infrequently. In total, I need 20-25 gb of space but other than that I was happy with Tommy and no desire to change it. Where may I find directions to set up my VPS? then I can copy the files myself. If I could just pay you to increase storage in my Tommy, that would be the easiest path yet. Thanks
