I just finished the signup flow and the username is "recaptimesquad" as mentioned earlier.

I could use my account to pay for it or pay directly with our virtual card (our fiscal host's in-house platform uses Stripe Issuing for the virtual cards). As far as I know, while our fiscal host has a PayPal account, it is usually reserved for international transfers, reimbursements, and receiving payouts from supporting platforms.

Note that I am not yet created the account yet before this ticket comes out per ToS.

Hi Heliohost team, I am here to ask if I can setup a separate Tommy/Morty account for Recap Time Squad (github profile) under the username recaptimesquad, mainly for our team inboxes at crew.recaptime.dev (we'll setup mail forwards from the bare domain via Cloudflare Email Forwarding if we can't do email forwarding via the regular dashboard flow out of abundance of caution per the previous forum thread). I am also requesting this because I don't want to mix data to my personal account, especially the inboxes. Will the Morty dashboard's billing in the future go through a prepaid subscription a la Uberspace or it will be a regular postpaid subscription like other services?

Hi Heliohost team, I am using K-9 Mail and Thunderbird Beta on my Android phone and I seen a lock icon being crossed out in most of the email messages I received, as shown below. I checked at my TLS settings for ajhalili2006.heliho.st (where I pointed the MX records for andreijiroh.dev) if I missed anything and seems everything is fine. Also can I enable MTA-STS for Heliohost Mail per this specific Google Workspace docs page?

I'll be happy to migrate my account (same username in forum) into the new Tommy server. (My usage is mostly on mailboxes with some bursts on MediaWiki related experiments.)

If it is still stuck, can you disable the mailbox for andreijiroh.xyz domain and clear the incoming and forwarding mail queue on the backend for me if it is still causing problems?

Still checking and clearing caches behind the scenes. In the meanwhile, I removed the MX record pointing to tommy and used my previous email provider for that alias domain while waiting for an update.

Thanks for the advice, will fix it immediately after logging back in to Plesk.

I think email forwarding from my alias domain into addon domain was the culprit, so I'll be using Cloudflare's email forwarding instead if that is the case.

Hi Heliohost Support, I got automatically suspended for unknown reasons, possibly related to an IP-based auto-banhammer. To my knowledge, I do not have any other donor or non-donor accounts other than this one. I think it may be related to the volume of incoming emails and some test emails I sent for deliverability checks and DKIM setup via the Plesk dashboard. I hope this resolves the issue since I am currently using the service for receiving emails as well as hosting my static website and some experimental MediaWiki instance setups. Thank you in advance. I don't want to bump my previous ticket relating to the andreijiroh.dev domain, but I am here again to convert the aforementioned domain into my primary domain (while keeping my ajhalili2006.helioho.st subdomain as an add-on domain). Regarding my previous ticket (linked below as a card), do you move directories around to avoid breakage or just nuke and create from scratch? Thanks in advance for your reply if so.

Thanks for the update. One last thing, why incoming emails are limited to 10 per hour per mailbox and can it be raised or do I need to upgrade into a VPS setup (while handling the nightmares of self-hosting email)?

Hi HelioHost team, I would like to request to add the following domains to my Tommy account (same username as this forum account): andreijiroh.dev - addon domain (I might convert this into my main domain and convert my existing helioho.st as an addon in the future) andreijiroh.xyz - alias domain of andreijiroh.dev Since I am using my PayPal email address to sign up through the donation flow, can I update my email address (both on the main website and in the forum) to my Gmail address to avoid losing administrative emails when both the domains above expire or have DNS-level issues?
