  1. Today I tried to add & remove some subdomains, and in addition to the signall 11 error, I saw this:

Bind already scheduled for reload on stevie Bind already scheduled for reload on cody

It probably doesn't mean much, but I hope it helps!

P.S. If there is any way I can help, feel free to contact me!

Update: I decided to check a few minutes later and it actually was created successfully (or so I assume, because the queued page came up)! However I still can't delete subdomains.

    Error from domain wrapper:

    is the message I receive.

  2. Eariler today I received a 'Win 7 2012 AntiMalware' program that was automatically downloaded through your ad banner in cPanel. I'm sure we all know the symptoms:

    • deletes current antivirus
    • makes false infection claims
    • deletes important system files

Thankfully this was easier to remove than I thought (I used system restore to the 18th). The reason I am posting this, however, is to alert you that your site is being used as a (gateway?) for malware attacks. I understand that this is out of your control because the ads are controlled by Google, but is there a way to regulate ad content or something?

Signs that you are being attacked:

    • The ad banner is blank
    • The Java icon appears in your taskbar
    • When Adobe Flash player is asking your permission to run, it's too late

  3. To avoid loss of data, I would recommend editing your files locally and uploading them to the server. Then this line will not be added and you have a backup.

Also, it is not possible to edit cPanel's HTML editor for one user. I don't know what the admins think about this though...

  4. I can confirm that ini_set changes the settings for that script only. It does not edit php.ini or create another instance in a user's home folder.

    Edit: Removed last sentence.

  5. IE9 has definitely picked up the slack in ease of use and a clean UI. It also obeys more of the standards then previous versions (as long as a !Doctype is defined).
