You may need to take screenshots of what you are seeing so we can understand what is happening on your side.

When I try to signup, I choose the "Debit or Credit Card" button:

Then it takes me to a page to choose the country. When I choose Sri Lanka I see these options. Google translate tells me this is saying "Pay with debit or credit card":

Just because PayPal is the payment processor does not mean you need a PayPal account to pay with a debit or credit card.

If you are getting an error message or seeing different fields that don't offer an option to pay with your debit card, please share screenshots of what you're seeing, so we can try to help you a little further. Please could you translate any messages to English since Google translate isn't always helpful.

No problem. The VPS signup process is automated, so you would just go here (https://heliohost.org/vps/) and choose the Venus plan, if that's what you want. Then choose your subscription length, choose a username (this cannot be the same username as the one you use for the shared hosting account), set a password, and then agree to the Terms of Service.

After all that, you will see a page with a blue PayPal button, and right underneath that another dark grey button with "Debit or Credit Card", so you can click on that one and proceed to enter your debit card info.

Once you have finished signing up and the payment is approved, the system will start to build your VPS. The build process isn't immediate, so please be patient. Once the VPS has been built for you, you will receive an email with your VPS number and the login details to use.

At that point, if you would like us to install a dashboard for you, let us know which one you want, and we can set it up for you. A dashboard can only be installed on a fresh OS, so if this is something you want, please let us know right away before you make any changes to your VPS, or else it will delay things if we have to reset the VPS to install the dashboard on there. You are allowed 1 free VPS reset per month, so it'd be better not to need to use it right away.

In there it' redirecting to paypal payment process

I just checked and they were set up already but SPF was configured for the wrong IP address. I've corrected that issue and email deliverability should improve in the next few hours.

If you continue to have issues after a few hours, please use mail-tester.com and post the report here so we can see if there's anything else we can do to assist with email that isn't delivering.

Are you sending the emails and they’re not delivering?

Or does it actually give you an error?

If you’re sending emails, but they’re not delivering to the recipient, it’s usually because SPF and DKIM aren’t set up (you have to request this if using our name servers, or you do it yourself if using external DNS).

I'm sending mails and they're going straightly to the junk folder on webmail. Please activate it. Activate my SPF and DKIM also I'm using your DNS.

Added. Python is supported on all domains automatically, there is no requirement to enable it. Note that you now have 9 domains on your account, and the limit is 10.

The domain can take up to 2 hours to work.

    Thanks

I tested installing Laravel through Plesk on Tommy and it worked just fine for me. You must have corrupted your account somehow. I created a full backup which you can download if you need it from https://heliohost.org/backup/ You have 4 options:

    1. Reset your account to the default settings, which includes deleting all of your data, but this would fix Laravel.
    2. Install Laravel manually without Plesk's help.
    3. Switch to a VPS and use the Docker deployment of Laravel. https://heliohost.org/vps/
    4. Use something other than Laravel on your existing, albeit broken, account.

I recommend option 1, since it's likely that Laravel isn't the only thing broken on your account, but that requires a lot of effort from you to restore all of your websites from backups.

    Okay I'll Handle
