hey, can you guys increase the max upload size to 10mb (php 8.2) and add the subdomain mail.papale.my.id

i forget that i have heliohost, but i want to use it again. but, when i want to renew my account, the website say something went wrong

Hello, I would like to get help for my WordPress site that i just installed. I installed through Plesk WP Toolkit, it installed successfully, but not showing up in my domain. I suppose to see WordPress at https://www.papale.my.id, but i just see Plesk default webpage. And i can't access other link like the wp-admin and wp-login.
