thank you for lifting suspension by any chance can my brother have his 1 other account ? he is doing a project with requires remote mysql and heliohost is best for it. and not have both our account suspended if possible.

Sorry but my account was suspended and i can only think of 1 reason 

my brother said he created multiple account and even my account was suspended which i was using for my portfolio 

can my account be unsuspended please i wont let him create any alt account and i am sorry that he did so but would really want my account to be unsuspended.

I made a password projected directory with users but when i open the link to password projected directory it doesnt ask for login. it says 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /pwprotectedfolder/ on this server.

how do i make the password window pop up when i open this link ?

Hello, I'm writing to report an issue with the web mail service. I sent an email to a recipient but received an error message stating "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender." I've double-checked the email address and it is correct. When I try to send a mail i get the following error. I have enabled ssl for both website and webmail.

I have also enabled DKIM spam protection system inside mail settings.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution?
