I was wondering if someone could reset my password on my account and tell me what my main domain is since I haven't used it in awhile and forgot.

I got it working now, I guess when I reset my account password from the link I got from the admins, it didn't change the password for ftp, just the account, so when I changed the system password, it worked. THank you for your help.

I tried tommy.heliohost.org, and it times out after a few seconds, it doesn't do that when I use my domain as host name, but says the login is not vaild, even though I know it is.

Hi, what do I have to enter into my ftp client to connect to my site. I tried using my domain as the host name, but it gives me an error saying the login wasn't right. Hope you can help.

Yeah, I found it kind of strange, as in the to field of the email, it had like three or four email addresses in it, mine included. It finally sent out a password reset request I sent which I don't need now as it was already done on here, and by looking at that email as well, it was sent to me and like two others.

Hey I just wanted to let you know that I just started receiving email support requests from other users sent to my email address, the email was sent to me and a few others. Just wanted to make you aware of this, as I'm sure you don't want us to know about someone elses requests, the one I got was from someone saying something about a rebuild of a vps server or something like that. Again, just wanted to let you know this.

I created the list, but when I click on the link in plesk to manage the list, it takes me to lists.hdpnet.heliohost.us which I think needs to be created or something, as it gives me an error saying it couldn't be found. I responded to an email about this from earlier, but I don't think the email is working right, that's why I posted here as well.
