Yeah, The task can still be delayed. We want your (Krydos) work to be a top priority for Plesk work.

By default, we expect that the main domain "vps●●.heliohost.us" can be resolved. That's usually enough.

This needs to be resolved for vps other than vps44. I explain this to Krydos on Discord.

I have confirmed that the SFTP connection of Tommy server fails. Other users have reported the same on Discord.
This is probably due to the progress of Plesk work.
Later Tommy users will see changes on your web as well. We will get Plesk really soon.

Umm... If you are asking for an initialized state, it can be completely removed by you,
so don't increase the work of the root admin for that. That leads to delays in Plesk work.

If you still have a reason to ask the root admin to remove it, please clarify it.

If you change the port of ssh, leave the original ssh without logging out and try in a new ssh window with the changed port.
Never log out of the original ssh until you are sure you can log in to the new ssh port.

Krydos will eventually do this, but I don't see him on Discord right now. It will take a little longer.

When you say Windows in VPS, it is Windows Server. And Windows 10 isn't usually there. (There are special cases such as Google Compute Engine)
The Windows Server provided by HelioHost VPS is a trial version. So you should usually choose some distribution, Non-Windows.

The mail server is currently completely down and you can't use it. You will have to wait for the Plesk installation to complete.

You should have received a backup email from HelioHost. The backup data contains emails.

This was one of the initial setup steps when I got my VPS.
This is very effective as it disables password authentication.

I'm also changing the ssh port number.
Anyone can imagine port 22, which makes it vulnerable to attack.

Yes. You should be able to use Plesk in your main domain. It is mentioned in this news that custom domains still have problems.

If you can use WP2Static, it should be able to move away from WP. There are good options for that.

WP2static not only saves resources, but also makes your website secure. I stopped using WP because I've seen many improved websites.
You may also consider a CDN if you are far from the US. The choice of WP2Static facilitates the introduction of CDN.

"Rocky 8" is an option for Custom VPS. This is an alternative to CentOS 8.
But according to the information in the CyberPanel forums, CyberPanel does not seem to support Rocky yet.
