Whats the best free flash program for making games? I really couldn't find anything on google but I didn't look to hard

I never said there wasn't. I just said they are probably not as advanced as us, but they could be. Also planets circling around a star does provide evidence because if one of those planets are as close to the sun as we are most likely there is some sort of life there.

I choose Joomla because its right for the type of website I'm trying to make.

Actually I do. There being more than one area where planets circle around one star means there must be life. More advanced then Us probably not, but who knows?

For everyone who knows PHP how long did it take to learn everything, and make it stick? a week? a month? a year? I don't know? I've been learning from W3school (I think thats what its called) . SO anybody?

I signed up for it, and downloaded the bar. To bad it's still in beta and is not sending money out yet (well atleast the last time I've been there.)

What I heard was he was made fun of because of his weird (Napoleon Dynamite) like accent, and some other reasons. Which finally made him crack and killed all of those people. I really thought he was just crazy.
