Thanks, but before I just pointed my A records at 216.218.192.170 - I'd rather do this as then it allows me to easily manage things and also keep my Google Apps mail etc. Is this not still possible? The only difference was in the way I signed up (on a heliohost.org address) as I wanted to be able to check the site was up before changing the DNS entries.

Hi, I am having a problem adding on an addon domain. Error from park wrapper: laurieneill.co.uk is already configured. I had an account with you before moving onto a VPS. I'm going to cancel my VPS so would like to move back. Is this what is causing the problems? The performance of the server seems greatly improved from earlier on this year. Thanks.

They were just temporary, as the CPU load was very high earlier. I saw these values for instance 09:00:49 up 18 days, 14:34, 3 users, load average: 23.93, 26.61, 23.4 I've been using site monitor on my account since 19th February, this morning it was still at 100% (yay!!) but that has since dropped to 93.07% due to the 500 errors (and at one stage the server not responding at all) Still... good work guys! The service is really good save the occasional hiccup on the server.
