Again with vps when months end and its not paid, then i renew 2 months later do i start a new vps or i recover my vps?

for DNS i first put NS1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org it refused that's why i felt like putting on johnny.heliohost.org For the same ip we are on university, the entire university uses one external ip 196.43.178.1 unless you use a cellular data. that means if 100 student sign up for heliohost all ips will be 196.43.178.1 you get me right. me am always sincere.
