  7. When I try to connect to phpmyadmin through my cpanel I got an error message: #1045 Cannot connect on the MySQL-server and: Server error 500 Translated from Dutch this details are shown by this error message: An error occured when the website tried to fetch the http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/cpsess7408636090/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php. 8. When I try to visit my website erichoog.heliohost.org I get this error: "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL". When I log in to my cPanel and then go to "MySQL Databases" my database "erichoog_fly" seems to be empty (it says the size is 0.00 MB). Reparing the database says "repair complet" but noting seemed to be changed. Restoring the database from a backup i made (from erichoog_fly.sql or erichoog_fly.sql.gz) both give the same message: Restoring Database Determined database name from sql Restoring database “erichoog_fly” But the database stays empty and my website still gives the same error message. Can you please help me solve this? Best regards, Eric

You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. What do I do wrong?
  15. I did, but I got this message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." Okay, I just tried to login again on cPanel, and now it works fine :-) (It didn't yesterday evening - Dutch time - when I tried via my ipad?) So ik seemed to be solved! However, because de site seemed to be hacked I will change my password(s) en scan the files.. Thx!

Eric I see Micorsoft Security Essentials indicates the config.php file as effected. See how i can fix this best... 19. When i try to login in the Joomla administrator panel I now get the message "wrong combination of username and password". As far as I know I didn't change either of them... I checked (not) using the caps lock / num lock key ... I still can access my cPanel and when I browse the configuration.php file (via File Manager) I see the password I use. The same when I browse via phpMyAdmin the database jos_users file. I also still can access my website and nothing seems wrong (not hacked as far as I can see :-o) What am i doing wrong? How can I eventually reset username and password for Joomla? Thanks for your help! Eric
