Oy, oh now, not working again. I don't know, but it seems related to something I'm doing on the site, because the problem has reoccured twice now, each time after doing the same thing, which is to try to restore my website from a backup with a backup/restore tool in Wordpress. Each time it has failed, which has motivated me to just wipe the site clean and restore from the backup to a new site. But when I go to do this I get the following message when I click on the Softaculous link: Internal Server Error500 No response from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 72,057,594,037,927,935 when it ended. The process dumped a core file.cpsrvd Server at tommy.heliohost.org

Ah, I see. I thought these were the same product but for different dates. I wouldn't know how to do that, but found a good enough backup to use. Thanks for help.

If I log in with my old username and go to the download link I get a sql file. Any advice about what I should do with this? It's only 215kb, so I don't know how much or what I can restore with that.

I think I need the same. Was on Tommy and have a Ricky account now I'd like to get my sites up on while waiting for Tommy to be back up. (I will be able to transfer everything back over to Tommy afterwards, right?). Anyway, I get this message when I try to addon my domain to Ricky: (XID d8bk37) A DNS entry for “floydandco.co” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. Please advise. Thank you.

I have 3 sites hosted on Tommy, 50-100mb in size. But my disk usage is close to 1gb. I don't know what my MySQL database should be based on this, but this is almost full too at about 100mb. I wonder if past versions of sites are accumulating there and if so, if the easiest way would be to just clear them out completely and reinstall the sites. Is there an easy way to do this? Would you have any other suggestions? Thank you.

I guess it was a google analytics plugin. Everything else is for site building only.
