Warning - boomer-grade tech issue to ensue: I don't know. Maybe I'm wrong about which email you had on file for me. I've tried the regular and junk folder for all that I can imagine having had there. I don't mind if you write me what it is here if you can do that.

You guys deleted my WP sites about a month ago. You said it was over some kind of malware attack that had happened. I asked for a new Tommy login, twice, but never got it, neither in my inbox or spam folders. I'm pretty that I remember correctly which email address I had connected to the account and am checking the right one. I've donated to you guys and not done anything against any rules (unless just not having sites after you've deleted them qualifies). Throw me a freakin' bone here

Thank you. Ok, some things missing in my understanding. In that case, could you change my primary domain to cwfloyd.heliohost.org? I've tried using the primary domain name change tool, but hasn't worked. I'm on Tommy and my username is cwfloyd.

Please see screenshots for error message and listing of current installations. I don't know how it could have been installed before under the same domain as I just registered it and have had this error since. Maybe it isn't related to the domain name, not sure, but there isn't an installation with that name in the list of current installations. I'm also looking through the file explorer and see a lot of files that maybe I would delete, but not sure what might work and what might break my other sites. Thanks for any advice.

I filled out a form to do this and think I did everything there that I should have, but a week later it remains as it was. No idea what the problem could have been.
